FAQ Friday #21 - I’m struggling to brush the glue as it’s thicker than I thought, so should I use a scraper or credit card?

We wouldn’t recommend using any sort of scraper for the 2 part PVC adhesive or 2 part Hypalon adhesive (ToobBond) that we sell.

What we do recommend is a short/stiff brush. If you’re using a normal paint brush, it’s simple to create a stiffer brush by trimming the bristles/hairs, with scissors, to about half their original length. This will then give you more of a squeegee effect from your brush.
